During the months of May and June 2024, a tender was made to repair one of the building's external walls. Of the suppliers contacted, only two companies, Quilla Painting and PC Painting presented their estimates.

Finally, thanks to the collaboration of our owners, the company Varona Brother's and Painting was contacted with which the painting and general repair of the building structure was negociated.

The estimates that were analyzed at the owner's meeting on June 4, 2024 are attached.
